"Support got there in the end, just a little slow"
They did help me out eventually, so I can’t complain too much. The replies just took longer than I expected — I think I checked my inbox three or four times between messages, which got a bit annoying. Once they got back to me, the answers were clear enough, but the waiting part stood out more than anything.

"Clean site that's easy to look at!!!"
I really like the way ludlow-comp.com looks!!! It has a clean, simple design that doesn’t feel cluttered or overwhelming, so browsing around felt easy and relaxed!!!
The colors and layout are nice too!!! The pages didn’t feel messy like some other sites can, and overall it comes across as neat, simple, and trustworthy to me!!!

"Good grip, feels more safe"
I ordered this from ludlow-comp.com because I was needing something with better grip for our work area, especially when the floor gets a little wet. So far it has been really good, like it doesn’t slide around which is what I was worried about. Walking on it feels safer and that kind of gives me peace of mind, if that makes sense. Delivery was okay too, no problems there. Overall I’m happy with it.

"Fit good after a little tweak"
I ordered a custom size and it fit me well overall. I did have to fix one small thing, but it turned out nice and I’m happy with it

"Seems good so far, maybe a bit pricey"
I’ve only been using it for a little while, but it feels solid and I haven’t run into any issues yet. Not totally sure if it’s worth the higher price, but the quality seems good so far...

"I been using this chair for work..."
I been using this chair for work and it’s been comfy so far. My back feels supported good, especially when I’m sitting for a long time. It did take me a little while to get the adjustments right, but once I did it felt much better. Overall I’m happy with it.

"Quick and easy delivery"
